By default, Lexi doesn't quote prices, book appointments, or answer technical questions about your business. This is intentional - Lexi captures information accurately without making mistakes. You can add pricing, FAQs, and business hours over time through your settings.
On iPhone: Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding > toggle on > enter your CallHush number. On Android: Phone app > Settings > Calls > Call forwarding > Forward when unanswered > enter your CallHush number. Most people set it to forward when busy or unanswered so they can still answer when available.
