2. You get an email summary in seconds

A structured email arrives immediately with the caller's details. Name, phone, what they need, how urgent it is - all in a clean, scannable format.

3. You add the info to HubSpot

Create or update a contact in HubSpot with the caller's details. For automatic logging, forward the summary email to your HubSpot BCC address - it gets attached to the contact's timeline automatically.
