CallHush + Outlook

Every call summary lands in your Outlook inbox. Set up rules to flag high-urgency calls and organize by category. Works with Microsoft 365.

100 calls/mo. 3-min cap. Cancel anytime.

How it works together

1. A call comes in, Lexi answers

When you can't pick up, Lexi answers with your business name. She collects the caller's name, phone number, reason for calling, and urgency level.

2. You get an email summary in seconds

A structured email arrives in your Outlook inbox. Caller name, phone, reason, urgency - clean and scannable. No audio files to download, no transcripts to read.

3. Outlook rules organize everything

Create Outlook rules for CallHush emails. Auto-flag HIGH urgency calls, move summaries to a dedicated folder, or assign categories by type. Outlook's built-in tools keep your call log organized.

Practical workflow

You're an insurance agent using Microsoft 365. You're in a client meeting when four calls come in.

Lexi answers each one. When your meeting ends, you open Outlook and see four summaries, neatly flagged by your Outlook rules:

  • Red flag - Barbara L. - Filing a claim after a car accident, HIGH urgency. You call her back immediately.
  • Yellow flag - Derek M. - Wants to add a new driver to his policy, MEDIUM urgency. You'll handle it after lunch.
  • No flag - Two callers asking about rates, LOW urgency. You forward both to your assistant to schedule consultations.

Your Outlook rules did the triage for you. Urgent calls are flagged the moment they arrive. You never have to scan through a list to figure out who to call first.

Why this matters

Speed

Summaries arrive seconds after each call. Outlook push notifications mean you see them on desktop, phone, and tablet the moment they land.

No manual entry

Every detail is captured by Lexi. No transcribing voicemails, no "did they say 347 or 374?" The caller's info is structured and accurate.

No missed details

Outlook search makes it easy to find any past call. Type a caller's name and every summary is right there. Better than any voicemail archive.

Every call. Summarized. In Outlook.
